I am going to be selling my WW and was looking for advise from others who have had success. I don't want to throw money away on listing services that have not worked for others.
I have listed on local Craig's List, Ebay Local, and RV Trader Online. Any other suggestions would greatly appreciated. I am in Southern California.
Thanks

You might try Recycler as well. The more places you can list it the better.
GOOD LUCK!

I sold mine on Craigslist in 3 days....suggest you post pictures and the price if it is bargain priced. If priced high don't list the price as it might scare off potential buyers before they see the unit.

Having bought and sold quads and our Boat from Craigslist here is my advice. Post photos (this is a must IMHO) give a good detailed description of what you have, don't just copy and paste from an online source. Be honest in your description, if you can post more photos on a website do that. List your price, Craigs shoppers are looking for deals, most will have pulled up NADA and having searched for a while they will know a deal. Expand your listing, post your ad on other area Craigslist that are with a certain distance, I was willing to drive about 250 miles for our boat but I searched within 500 miles. When I searched I didn't bother with listing that didn't offer a price or pictures. Good luck. Are you moving to a bigger rig?

Coming from someone who is in the market for a TH....definitely go overboard with the detailed photos. That's the first thing I look for on my ongoing, daily quest for the right TH. If I see any ads without detailed photos I just skip over them, and move onto the next.
If not doing already, consider using an external photo hosting site like Photobucket, so the user can view more detailed photos. Alot of these classified services change the quality (for the worst) of the photos once you upload.

I see you mention ebay local. I don't know if that's different than ebay regular listings. I've sold four cars, an equipment trailer, a travel trailer, and a fifth wheel on ebay. And all of them sold to folks several hundred miles away. One of the cars sold to someone who flew in and drove it 2200 miles to get back home. The fifth wheel sold to someone who drove down and towed it 1100 miles to get back home. I have no idea why anyone would travel so far to buy something that might be found closer to them. But they do. So if you're listing on ebay I would just go ahead and list it nation wide. I sold a 26' center console boat on ebay and the buyer had it shipped to Denmark. So don't underestimate how far someone will go to get what they want. I've been amazed at it myself.

Crankyape only sells bank repos and total loss insurance vehicles. Craigslist or Craigshelper is the way to go especially since it's free..
