Do you conduct your interviews by phone?

Yes. And I take notes. Follow up by email.

It seems that a face to face interview has limited appeal unless it's people within a reasonable distance from the point of interview.

However, I have seen a few advertised that way. If you conducted face to face interviews I would have liked to have known how it was working.

I was just curious. Thank you for your reply.

Just a suggestion. Use Skype for your face to face when distance is an issue. It is not as good as a "in present Face to face" but it is much better than a phone call.

People that use the forum it would likely work.......but we see it all over........work campers all like to say they use computers......but from one who really use computers too much.....they struggle with e-mail. I have seen e-mail addresses on their applications but during follow-up calls usually find out that "we don't use it much" or we have so and so help us with that during the off season. Or send an excel spreadsheet to use for something and then hear oh we don't know how to use excel, which in actuality was just opening the spread sheet. I guess it would just be another tool in the bag to accomodate a few but not a hard and firm rule for all. Uh Oh.....then they'd see me too.......
