2006 Forest River Rockwood 8287SS BH
2005 Jayco Eagle 305 BHS
2006 ZINGER 25 BH

If you had to choose between these rigs, which one would you choose?

We are in the final steps of deciding which way we want to go and I am getting stuck on some issues. I would like your opnion.

All things being equal at this point, 4 to 5 years old, do some inspections for roof leaks, frame damage, slideout problems, solid floors, delamination and all appliances refrigerator, A/C, Furnace and fixtures working as they should...and if the previous owner showed obvious signs of caring and maintaining the RV...the Jayco of course! Pick the one that makes you happy!

This is our 7th new Jayco in 30 years! Loved 'em all!

I should probably add that we intend to tow our boat on trailer behind the 5th wheel. So I have question about the frames and which one is best suited that I still need to get answered.

Crossroads (Cruiser, in particular) is the only of the 3 designed for tandem towing by the manufacturer.

I have the 2005 305BHS and we love ours. We have had it since July of 2004 and we ordered ours from the dealer. I had a few problems in the first year but since then everything has been great. PM me if you have any other questions about the 305BHS.

I owned a Jayco 5th wheel and will never have another one, nothing but trouble and we had purchased it new. I'm currently looking at Rockwood myself. I have a Cedar Creek travel trailer and want to go to a 5th wheel. Both are by Forest River.
