She 's mad at you, Why
You just bought yourself a present she did not buy you.
Hang a picture of her in the Montana and get some nice adhesive
letters and put her name on the passenger door of the truck.
If that doesn't work, the next time you go camping together,
come back alone.

Hi,
I hope that those new rims are rated at more than 3,100 pounds each, and why not get the single rear wheel 3500 series?
Are you not planning on putting over 2,500 pounds into the bed of that truck? are you sure the cargo rating is high enough? Montana makes a really nice fifth wheel, but I hear they are heavy.

If it were me I would be looking for a new girlfriend. I would put her name on a card to say GOODBY not on my truck.

Not to be the weight police and I am sure you got a deal on a inventory vehicle. But! looking at the 2010's that trailer has a 14220 GVWR and a dry pin weight of 2220 lbs, King bed appears to go in same slide and you loose a night stand or two, so that is a trade off. So lets say you end up with 2600 lbs of pin weight. Add that to a 7400 truck and you are at 10,000 lbs on a truck rated to 9,200 lbs. Watch your GAWR on the rear closely.
If you are cracking up the front end with new keys, then you will be needing air bags on the rear to level it for towing. Hopefully it had 265 tires, as your aftermarket wheels will most likely be wider? If you are getting rims and tires, make sure you get E rated tires. Big tires and raised trucks are not the best for 5th wheels. You may have to make some changes to the trailer to level it.
I think I understand the GF hates you statement! Hates in a good way! Post a picture of the rig so we can see it when you get it all setup.
BTW, we love our King Size bed!

You're not married yet As long as it you can afford it "so what", if not and she is worried about your credit rating, she is a very smart woman, a keeper. If she doesn't like RVing it is better to find out before you say "I Do" no fun on the road with someone that doesn't enjoy it. Life is too short, Be Happy.
