My trailer is not rated "4 season", yet I camp regularly in single digit temps.

As long as the FW tank and all it's plumbing is inside the trailer and not underneath, you should be good for some pretty cold weather with just a few mods (like extra insulation in thin spots like wheel wells).

What price range are you considering? On the high end you might consider an Airstream. For midrange pricing, check out the Komfort 212T which is 22' long, and well insulated.

Good luck.

More of the fiberglass egg sytle that you may consider 4 season, the Escape and the Oliver.

another vote here for escape trailer made in BC canada or Oliver trailer made in TN. Escape offers a dual pane window option but I don't know if Oliver does.

I worked at the bigfoot factory in Armstrong B.C. and they are built extremely well. They NEVER leak, as they are assembled as a top and bottom shell. Put the roof rack on your tow vehicle or use anchors for the screws as you wouyld for any interior mounting. As to not being able to repair? If something can be built, it can be repaired. One needs to find qualified proffesionals that care about their work.
Just curious as a lot of companies have started back up as the economy slowly improves. Do you think(opinion) Big Foot will ever start back up?

I don't know if they will, but the woman that owned bigfoot industries bought all the land and equipment back privately.

It is possible.

I personally would go with a Bigfoot or a Northernlite before a Artic Fox. Go visit the Truck Camper Forum and search Artic Fox you may need a BILGE PUMP. Their TC leaks very bad but I do not know if they do in a TT or a fifthwheel have not heard they do. I still would be wondering
