I plan to add some Ultra Heat tank heaters but the pipe heaters seemed to be a bit much and quite a bit of 12v power. Instead I am adding some 120v self regulating heat tape on the exposed drain pipes. I believe this would also help with the tanks. I used some small rope to wrap around and measure and got two of the 12 footers.

We camped last weekend in northern NH and the temps fell below freezing at night with highs in 40's and 50's during the day with not much sun. We ran our small electric heater at night and kept the bathroom door open as well as the cabinets under the sinks to allow the heat into those areas. We kept the water heater going as well which we don't normally do when the weather is warm. We use heated mattress pads on the bunk ends and have 20 degree sleeping bags. We stayed VERY warm and had no trouble with anything freezing. We had planned on disconnecting the water hose if the temps were going to stay low for very long. We kept the gas heater on as back up if needed but it didn't kick on because the electric heater was more than enough to keep the camper warm.
With the heat going you should have no condensation. We ran 2 c-pap machines for sleep apnea with the humidifiers going and if that doesn't create condensation then you shouldn't have any trouble with your heat on.

We took out our trail cruiser a few times during winter. We never opend the tent ends and where happy that the trailer got the U-dinette so may of you love to hate. However the u-dinette gave us a full queen size bed.

The inside of the camper was nice and warm however during a stay in Banff National Park at -20f we did freeze some water lines. Most water lines are inside or behind the cupboards. The heat from the living space may not get into these areas. Once we opend up the cupboards the pipes would thaw out in a few hours.
