My goof, I guess. I thought Navistar was only picking up certain lines of the old Monoco but it looks like they are even using the old web sites. I wonder how you would find out what they are actually manufacturing at this time?

Call them...I'd say they could pretty well give you an idea of what is in production. I'd also ask about the warrantee they'll give on a new one, hopefully it'll be a full warrantee just like before Monaco went out of business..
