It is probably like coffee. I know many people that say they can't drink caffenated coffee at dinner time and still sleep that night. I'll drink fully leaded coffee with my dessert and still sleep fine. So, all these food chemicals just effect everybody differently or to varying degrees. Some kids can eat candy and others are better off to not, that is unless you are sending them home with their parents. hahaha
