If a salesman's lips are moving, he's lying. I'm not a salesman, & yes I owned a Jayco. NOT a fan of Jayco from my own experience, but others are & that's ok.

I too am an owner, my 3rd one, and I will never own anything but a Jayco product, except for the Fleetwood Discovery we also have.

I have toured Cardinal factory and the Jayco factory. I think the factory tour tells it all. Forest River Assembly line looked like they didn't own a broom or have a garbage can. We had 15 Cardinal owners for the tour. I thought the pride was missing. Jayco factory was spotless. We were thinking about upgrading to a larger unit.
We have ordered a 37ft rlqs Designer 2010 and have recieved our baby. I can't find a thing wrong and have had no problems. We have been out five times. We are enjoying our new rig. Would I buy a Jayco so far good.

What???? Where the heck is fordsooperduty??? Figured he would be the first to reply to this question.

Jayco is the same as Forest River, Keystone, etc. They make decent fivers with most problem free and some lemons. Same as Ford, GM, Chrysler.

We looked at the Superlights when we were shopping for a light weight 5r to pull with a half ton and we bought the Jayco. Spent alot of time comparing different manufacturers and models and none seemed to compare to Jayco in the entry to mid level market in regards to features, fit and finish. If looking for a higher end model their are others to consider. We've only had one warranty issue and that was a small leak in a water fitting by the water pump.
