The garage owner was sick and tired of thugs breaking into his garage shop to steal tools so he came up with this idea.

He put the word out that he had a new 'Mexican Lion' that would attack anyone that would break in or climb his fence.

Would-be thieves saw the "Lion" from a distance and fled the scene.

A smart criminal would know that the easy way to bypass such a lion would be to feed it.

In the parish offices where I go to church there used to be a dog.. Looked like a lab/sheppeard cross. sitting in full "Beware" pose.. Just inside the door so when you walked in said doggie was the first thing you saw.

Alas... someone was not intimidated and stole the statue.

Now.. Imagine fitting one of those statues with motion detector eyes and a digital growl.... Something tells me that would be ONE ALARMED BURGLER!
