Any updates? Just wondering if the pups survived the expected cold front? Last week, we suddenly started having chill nights here in S Calif. Well, 30's and 40's, in some regions, that would be a heat wave.

So here we are four weeks later and the pups are walking around, eyes open and starting to eat solid food. They are the size of or bigger than my cats. I already have good homes for them when the time comes.

Now comes the big question. They are hanging out on the porch with mama and she is still feeding them. However, their number 1 and 2 business is getting bigger and better so I am not sure what to do now????

I am thinking of moving them but I don't want them to get lost in the yard yet they need to do their business somewhere else.

Any suggestions would be great as I know you all have lots of experience. I will try to post pictures tomorrow because I don't have the camera with me now. I wish I could keep them all. Thanks!

Does mom have the ability to take them out in the yard to potty, is she just not aware, or are they confined to the porch? You really want to get them peeing on ground before long, as if they become conditioned to using the front porch that behavior may become an issue later on.

Ah, yes, those are some nice, healthy looking generic pups! Isn't it funny how the dark coat is dominant? When the mom has a white coat, you might think you'd get a white pup or at least spotted, but it is seldom the case unless both parents are light. The brindle one wants to be called Tiger. Good job to you and of course to their mama. I am glad they all have new homes to go to. You will be relieved, too! Thanks for the update and photos!

Now that I've looked again I have to agree with at least part Great Pyr. The giveaway is the white coat and gray ears.

P.S. If I wanted a puppy I'd be there in a heartbeat!
