Yes, the FREE part is over, big sigh. I decided to subscribe for the 2 years as well. It seems fair enough after all the free issues AND, most importantly, I like the magazine.

I just mailed in my money for the magazine. I have been getting it free for years as well and just love it. Since I know I use the recipes I figure why not pay for the magazine. I have enjoyed every magazine I have received and have used multiple recipes out of them. I will continue to support this magazine through my subscription.

I got my final issue today! I will probably get it for a year for the introductory price, but not sure after that - besides, all the recipes are on their website.

Add me to the list who rec'd notice with this quarter's issue (sigh). But it's a nifty magazine with neat recipes and so I'll pony up the $13 for 2 more years.

My sister must have been getting this for free as she kept telling me how much she liked the Kraft magazine. I just signed up for 2 years because I trust that if my sister and Cruzette recommend it, it must be good!

LOL do you guys get paid to promote the magazine/brand??!! Sounds like a sales job, like when people were pushing some new kind of dusting or kitchenthing thing a while back.
It kinda chafes me that a food company, who wants you to use their ingredients, would make you pay for recipes that include their foods.

I don't always use their ingredients that they list. I have just found that for the most part, there are recipes I can actually make with common used ingredients. Yes, they promote all of their products but it is one magazine that I always look forward to getting. They do have their recipes online at no cost if you would rather go that route.

Nope! At least I haven't been getting paid. Did I miss out? I happen to like the magazine and do use many of their products.

Nope, I don't get paid either, it's just a great cooking magazine. I use what ingredients I want to use, not necessarily theirs. As others have posted there are lots of free recipes on their web site but I have noticed that the recipes in my recent magazine are not on-line yet.
BTW - I was the person that started the thread about several "new kind of dusting or kitchen things"
A product marketing specialist contacted me after seeing one of my post on the forum and asked if I wanted to test the product I was asking about. She also asked if I knew anyone else who was interested in doing the product testing. So I posted a thread and quite a few people signed up and enjoyed testing all sorts of products.
THAT was a great ride! No one got paid, we all got free product. Now what's not to like about that! One of my favorite products to test, (which was brand new at the time) was crock pot liners. I LOVE crock pot liners, I think they are one of the best things invented since sliced bread. Unfortunately, the lady I product tested for lost her job and there went my product testing.
