Wanted to tell everyone here who owns a Brake buddy or plans to buy one, on my last trip I lost my break away cable and needed a new one, I sent a email letter to Brake Buddy asking them to send me one and I will pay for it, but such a great company , got one free in the mail 3 days later, I highly recomend Brake Buddy and it products to any Rv who is towing today, You will get great service with your unit
Thanks again, Steve

We used a BrakeBuddy for 3-1/2 years. Had a few issues (mostly us!) and BB has the best customer service. Can't say enough good about them.

I too had a good experience with Brake Buddy. I lost the screw on tip (fuse holder) to the cigarette lighter plug. I called Brake Buddy and they sent one right out Free of charge.

I wholeheartedly agree with great customer service. I called them about a problem with my out of warranty model and they were very helpful and helped me resolve the problem without having to send it in for repair.

When I got the Flex the alert mounted on the Classic would not signal the monitor in the MH. BB sent me a cable to put the monitor on the dash or over the rear view mirror, NO CHARGE!!
