I will admit, I am a big "Imus in the morning" fan. In case you aren't, Fox business channel now has Imus on from 6 am to 9 am weekdays. Unfortunately, I am not always able to watch so this morning, I was up at 6, had my coffee made and was all set to enjoy my day off with a full 3 hour stint. Wouldn't you know it, about an hour into my "vacation", here comes the snow. Big, fluffy flakes and then my sat. signal begins to break up. Well, here is it, 10 minutes to 9, and still no sat. signal. Snow has stopped and the temperature is supposed to go up to 34 so the snow will melt, but not soon enough for me.

Morning all. Woke up to a half inch of the fluffy white stuff this morning. Thought I was going to make it through all of November without the stuff. NOT!!! See all of you in a couple of hours.

A little Rain X or wax on the dish helps. Sorry for your loss.....

No wonder she bought those boots, Happy Birthday Robin!!!!

Get well Dan! I probably have a hip replacement in my future as I have more days with pain than without now, but I'm treating with ibu only at this point so the docs will no doubt want me to try the stronger meds first.

Happy Thanksgiving from the Smoky Mountains! We're here with LOTS of other strangers. Seems alot of people come here for the holiday. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are beautifully decorated for Christmas with lots of holiday shows.
Yesterday we hiked up to Clingman's Dome in the Smoky's. Wow, what a hike!
It's a nice relaxing vacation for just the two of us. It's chilly but it's been sunny each day. I'm starting to feel the Christmas spirit.... Linda
