OK Folks,
I just PM'd the Moderator for the Snow Bird Forum asking for permission for Richard to post for transportation for Diamond. Keep your fingers crossed. I think it could be worded to fit the Snow Bird Forum ie. "4 legged wannabe Temporary Snow Bird looking for transportation West"

Good news Folks.

"Its worth a try, go ahead & post the details on snowbirds. I know there are some here who have been able to help in the past.
THANKS Ron"

Ok, Richard, Ron is the Snow Bird Mod, so go ahead and post the request in that Forum.
Hope this helps Diamond to her forever home.

I went to the snowbird thread and someone mentioned possibly flying Diamond to her new home - not that expensive - and all overwith in a few hours, but I'm uncomfortable with regular airlines putting animals in the cargo dept. Anyway, that got me thinking - there is a new airline called Pet Airways (petairways.com) - they fly only pets in the main cabin. I wonder if that airline might take on transporting Diamond free of charge as a public relations move because of her sad story. Might be worth contacting them....
