Had to replace the tape on my previous 5ver and it is a messy job! Used adhesive remover and a scraper to remove it so new tape would adhere. Good luck!

It is my understanding that insurance companies dont want high risk drivers. However, since it is the law that you are required to have it, the law also requires all insurance businesses to participate in a revolving program. When someone reaches the point where no one will insure them, the next Insurance company in line is required to take them. I believe they also mandate the rates they can charge recognizing them to be high risk but not allowing them to scalp either.
I dont recall the Texas law (never had a ticket there :) ) but I thought your earned 6 points with a speeding ticket. Once you hit 18, your insurance has the right to cancel and you go onto 'assigned risk'.
My biggest concern with my GS is what will happen when he cant post bail? I know his mother wont bail him out nor his dad.

Yes, they have a state "pool" whereby they provide insurance for high risk drivers and it is extremely expensive.
He may be able to post his own bond if no one else will. He will just have to talk to the D.A. And you do realize (and I hope he does too) this will be on his record unless he can cut a deal for deferred adjudication. That will depend on whether its a felony charge or not.

....if he really has 6 tickets at 18, his drivers license is suspended or revoked. He probably has warrants, and I'm sure no valid insurance. If he is contacted by police, he will not be treated like a naive little boy. I'm betting he will get a taste of asphalt or gravel......
Nope, in Texas they have a points system where you pay extra depending on how many violations (and what kind) are on your record. Its all about the money.

They are here too although not to the extent they were when I lived further south. They bring back such good memories of time spent with my Grandparents using several of Grandma's mason jars to catch them and put them next to my bed at night.

He is cute Cat!! I had one living in my awning....yes my awning. Apparently he traveled with me when I moved from south Texas. But I've not seen him/her in several months so I guess he moved on.
Cloud Dancer, I just purchased a pellet gun (has a scope and laser) that will take care of those critters, lol.

Mine are Kenmore and for 2-3 loads a week, they're fine. As others have said, you are only able to wash small loads, but it is so much more convenient to do one to two loads a day to stay caught up than doing a week's worth at one time. JMO

I will never own anything else! Very happy with my 36RS3. No problems even after it took on 3' of water from Hurricane Ike. It has since been refurbished and I fulltime in it!!
