My black Pug has skin allergies. I quit taking her to vet for shots because she is porking up like a little pig!!!!!!
I have had her on no grain food for over a year, lately she has been driving us nuts with her scratching.
I saw a discussion on here about scratching and several of you talked about Scratchfree. I sent and got her some. She has been on it almost 2 weeks now and her scratching has decreased by half or more!!!
We just wanted to say thanks to all of you that recommded it

Glad it worked for you too. We've used it successfully for years. We give 15 drops morning, and 15 at nite, in a tiny tiny bit of cream. Found it works best if no food within half an hour or an hour before or after drops. If we miss either morning or nite drops, we see scratching start to come back a little the next day.

Don't know what else you've tried but we've had good results with going on a single protein food. Something other then chicken or beef. Fish or duck might be worth a try. George has seasonal allergies. He gets red blotches and heavy dandruff. Only thing that worked was going to Orejin Fish formula and the vet put him on a mild antibiotic/ steroid just during the season. He's off the meds now during fall/winter. We moved in the summer and are hoping maybe the new area will not have the same affect on him. If he still breaks out, we'll continue with the meds. He's such a big poof! But since we're out in the woods he's got used to puddles and bushes! Pitty's such big couch warmers, not outdoors dogs at all!
Good luck!
