We like ours, but do not use it often because we keep it in the house basement. It takes alot of counter space when not using it.

I use my often....In fact, tonight I'm doing a tri-tip in it...I've had mine since they first came out and never had a problem with it....I love it!

Good tip about the foil.....DUH! Why didn't I think of that!...I will use the foil tonight...

We love ours. Have large one in house, and small one in the trailer. We think it is unbeatable for whole chickens, beef rib roasts, small turkeys (when you can find one) and pork roasts. To make gravy I take out the perforated tray and line the under tray with foil and pour (and scrape) the drippings off into a pan. One time , with a ten pound turkey in the trailer we had to cut the knobs off the legs for it
to fit and it came out great.

We have one. Used it a few times. It worked very well and we were satisfied with the cooking results. It's just a pain to clean and as previously stated by others, It now sits on a shelf.Every so often I think about using it and then change my mind because of the cleaning. To bad it isn't teflon coated.
