I just started Dr. Gott's No Flour No Sugar diet.
I've lost a couple but would like to lose at least 40 more.

Anyone else had success with a diet lately?

I'm a fan of Weight Watchers! Lost 40# and have kept it off for more than 7 years.

Plus...I can eat flour and sugar.

I think weight watchers is very good. It seems very reasonable. THanks great you have maintained your loss whimstock. Yoyo dieting is really hard on the body.
The good points about eating no flour and no sugar is how it controls spikes and lows in the blood sugar. It's made me feel better. I hope I can continue.

weight watchers and I've lost 70 pounds. I still have more to lose, but i feel a whole lot better. No flour no sugar sounds a lot like Adkins. Diets are about short term weight loss. Real weight loss is about lifestyle change and that is part of the good things about WW.

I lost about 45 pounds over a 9 month period, but it wasn't any special diet. I just quit eating fast food and spent 45 minutes at a time about 4 or 5 days a week on an eliptical machine or a treadmill.

As my doc says, all you need is the ELMM diet-Eat Less, Move More.
