The problem is YOU have to hire an attorney to fight it and that's not cheap. You have to PROVE that the part did not cause the damage or problem and the manufacturers have more attorneys than you do. Unless it's going to cost at least $25,000 to fix the vehicle it's probably not worth the risk of suing to fix it.
