I do all the outside chores, including putting out the slides.. The wife does all the inside stuff including helping with the navigation while I do the driving.. It works for us.

you're supposed to divide them up? Let's see I do all the outside setup, and almost everything inside, plus check whatever my wife has done. I also end up doing the navigation as she falls asleep too much. I got tired of the "weren't we supposed to turn back there" and got a GPS too

We pretty much work that way too. However, she does everything inside, including slides, antenna, etc. I do all the stuff outside, regardless of what it is. The only outside duty she has is to provides some really elaborate hand signals when I'm backing in which is always good for a laugh and keeps me in a good mood regardless of what ever a back over and also do a walk around after I'm done to double check that no jacks are down, doors open, or antenna up.
She did, at the beginning, insist on being the person in charge of hooking/unhooking the toad (wanted to carry her fair share of the load). Well, that lasted for about two or three hookups and then gave me that helpless female look and asked very sweetly if I would help and eventually, of course, it became my sole responsibility.
Once set up, we divide most all chores inside except she does the vacuuming, washing and drying. I, of course, am the grand master and in complete charge of the dump duties and all outside cooking.

I used to have DW as my co pilot but it got so she couldn't read the exit signs so I bought a GPS and now DW can sleep while I drive.

I (husband) do all the prep and maintenance before we leave.
I do all the driving while DW tels me I am doing it wrong.
I back into the camp site while DW watches me run into the post she is standing beside and didn't mention.
I do all the outside work while the DW instructs me.
I do all the inside set up while DW watches.
DW loads the food items in the trailer prior to departure.
DW cooks and does the dishes (paper plates).
DW places all her nic-nacs out on the counter, table, and anywhere else she can find to put them in the way.
Prior to breaking camp DW puts nic-nacs away.
I pack everything up, disconnect everything, put up the awning, raise stabilizers, and hitch up.
I again do all the driving home while DW naps, camping wears her out!
When arriving home I unload and put away everything but the food, DW does that.
Then I'm back to the repair and maintenance items until the next trip.
It works for us.
