And with the senior pass, it is half priced. Security is adequate, with chain fence all sround the park. No trees. Georgeous view of LR. Dump station needs work. Would stay there again. Not necessarily a good neighborhood, though. There is a walking bridge nearby where you can walk to downtown LR. Try to catch the Farmers' Market on Saturdays before noon. Check at the office, it may operate another day of the week as well. Have fun! As stated, "you can't beat the view of the river" Also Burns Park does suck. Malumate (I can't spell) is great but too far out when I have to go to the VA.
