does the AIR CARD have a way to update the PRL ??

Yes!

For those with any Verzion provided cellular broadband modem you can update your device by using Verzion's VZAccess Manager software. Start VZAccess Manager but do not connect.. now, go to "Options". Now, select "Activation" and re-activate your device. Only takes about 30 seconds or so. Does all without any input from you. By the way, some cellular broadband modems supposedly do PRL updates automatically... key word supposedly. Only takes a minute to do a reactivation to be 100% sure your PRL is current.

Remember, those using their cellular broadband modem inserted in a router, this means every month or so remove the device from the router and plug it directly into your laptop and do as I mentioned above and then re-insert the cellular broadband modem in the router.
