With two of us, I can go four days easy on 100 gallons without even trying to conserve. If we did navy showers I could probably get a week out of it.

I think the shower probably uses the most water. If you want to know how much it uses just go get a 1 gallon bucket and a stop watch and time how long it takes to fill up the bucket. If it takes one minute, you'll know a five minute shower will use five gallongs.

I really don't know, we have 105 gallons of fresh and a little more in the grey and black tanks. We've never boondocked long enough to need to know. Usually I only carry about a ½ tank of fresh water.

Re-use the dishwater for flushing.
Bottled water for cooking, drinking, coffee, tea, Kool-Aid.
Don't run the faucet while brushing teeth, use a cup of water.
Don't run the faucet while soaping up hands.
Figure out the 1 minute shower or learn how to take a Katrina bath.
Baby Wipes.

I think the rule of thumb for adults is 5 gallons of water per day, per person - including drinking/cooking water.

We can go 8-10 days on 100 gallons of water, just the 2 of us. But, we have to watch every drop and since we are in really cold places, don't require a daily shower - save that for Saturday - LOL.
