The "road hog" in front of you on Main Street is a farmer's
combine.

Yup, I live near Tenino Washington. From spring to fall we have little parades of tractors, combines etc. chugging up and down the road behind us. I kind of like it. Reminds me of a time when life was a bit less hectic, which is why we moved here.

Population: 1500 hardy souls and their misc. tractor like thingies.

Why do people pay to go up tall buildings and then put money in binoculars to look at things on the ground?

When you flush and the guy across town yells because his hot water went away while taking a shower

If at first you don't succeed--don't try sky diving!!
I'd rather be camping

The football coach suggested that you put up hay for the summer to gain strength.

What golf course?
And what football team? We could barely get enough guys for a basketball team...

Once lived in a town in the CA foothills - Railroad Flat - the sign coming into the town center (blink, you miss it) reads: Population 106 ... then someone had a baby, and crossed out the "6" with black paint and wrote a "7" ... we couldn't afford a new sign

Yep - teeny town resident here!!

The UPS man will deliver packages with our home address on them, to our business (so the package won't get wet on a rainy day...LOL!)

25 years ago, I called a wrong number and ended up going on a date with the guy! didn't work out, but was an interesting way to meet someone.
