Would anyone have a small pc of eternabond tape the would be willing to sell or do you know of a company that would. Called Best Materials all rolls 50'. Don't need a whole roll and hope that I don't need that much double sided tape. Found plumbing vent cracked while recaulking. Only need a small pc to repair vent. Planing on making gasket out of eternabond tape to mount new vent. Mark

Check Wal-Mart in their RV section. They have a small repair kit that contains a small strip (about 12" I believe) of Eternabond. Not that expensive, I think it was about $10.

I live in Edenton, and have a roll of 2" wide. You can have some of that, if it'll help.

This is Brotherly RV Love at its best!

I'm thinking I should buy a small EB repair kit and just carry it.

When I resealed our first coach with EB, I bought the 37-ft roll of 4-inch "One Step" EB that Camping World sold, maybe still sells that length. Then along came "rooferstoolsonline" or something close to that. They had EB at much better prices but seemed to go away and Best Materials showed up. When I looked they didn't seem to offer One Step. Then I looked recently and saw what I think is the same stuff as "Roof Seal White" 4-inch wide and it's 50-feet for less $ than CW's 37-feet. They both have a white top layer that doesn't require coating for UV protection like original EB.
Difference, they say that original then coated EB can be painted. The white-topped stuff doesn't hold paint. Our roof was painted white, we resealed with white, then repainted the whole coach white. The white paint peeling back to white EB, on a roof, didn't bother me at all.

Still looking for some 4" doublestick tape. 2Rad4u had the single stick and that will not work for vent repair. Have looked at repair kits and from what I see it is not the doublestick tape. Have called a couple of RV shops and no luck . If I am not able to find small amount would any of the members be interested in possibility spliting a roll of tape, maybe 3 way. I know that a roll of tape will not break the bank, just don't want it hanging around.

4" x 50', $50 plus shipping.

It might be cheaper (well, not really) to buy it than to ship a small piece or drive to go get one.
