Knowing what and how these are used I cant imagine anyone giving more that 1 year warranty on the frame.

This mite be true but, using that same statement you think they mite build a frame that holds up to what they were built for offroad use not highway use.

If you know the level of quality you apply to the product you build then the (1) year warranty speaks volumes about their confidence level in the product they manufacture......

My '04 31' Transport 5vr had horizontal frame cracks appearing above the spring perches. Lippert provided detailed drawings for gussests, cross-braces, and web reenforcement, local blacksmith installed the fix, insurance picked up the tab. Although the frame was out of warranty, I felt that Lippert was actually quite helpful. Too bad the fix wasn't part of the frame when new....

My WW Superlite frame was cracking just above the rear axle on both sides. I noticed it while replacing the backing plates on the brakes a couple weeks back. I chanced it one more trip and the cracks doubled in size. A friend of mine took it to his welder this week and all is good now.

I had the same thing happen on my KZ. I fixed it myself, a lot of work, but less hassle.
