Jr's main problem is all the competition. HE, and 16 other members of his crew need to improve. Without proper management, THAT'S a tall order.
He needs to shut up and just keep driving, doing his best to learn. Heck, nobody's going to fire him,.....he's got it made, just don't know it.

He has also got to get more aggressive.

Jr. just needs to come over to the "Dark Side" of open wheel. He could hook up with Danica...imagine the media coverage!! Plus Indycars are so much easier to drive and take so much less talent to handle I'm sure he'd do better over here....
I'm sure he could outrun Milka Duno....
Timing has a lot to do with the outcome of a rain dance.
