It would be so great to see all of you again... I will ask Dave as I always wanted to do a Thanksgiving get away. We are at Casini's this weekend. This is our last officially booked trip for year... we need to add some more on...

We are seeing if we can rearrange a couple of things so we can come. Firstly, we need to convince my parents that Thanksgiving is 4 days earlier this year than they think it is. We'll let you know how that goes.

Barry's, there was a beautiful sunset over Cassini's tonight, we could see it west of our house. Great time to be there. We did an experimental thanksgiving on the road about 4 years ago starting at Olema. Since then we just plan to be somewhere. We stayed at Durango about a month ago, went fishing on the Sacramento river with a guide and just decompressed. We have joined John and Marcelle on numerous outings and really enjoyed the people we met. So Kellie and I thought we could pull this off, we reserved the sites and dining/community room and threw out the invitation. I really hope you guys can make it, we really enjoyed Bodega with your family.~mike

John, we saw a lot of it from our house @ 4:00 a.m. Same exact view as the sunset I commented on. Casinni campground was the hot spot for a lot of it. They reported 7-8 fires from strikes in the Guerneville area.
