This is a new park that just opened last year. A lot of thought and consideration went into the design and the amenities inside the park are awesome. The clubhouse has been reserved through the holiday and weekend as well as 3 rows (#114-142)of sites for groups. See at www.durangorvresort.com. Group discount rate of $34.20 per night plus taxes applies to these sites. I am mailing out deposits tomorrow. Please note extra charges for visitors etc. as I will be assessed these fees during our stay and needing to collect them before departure. Pet friendly and great walking trails. This is right on the Sacramento river and is open to fishing year round, Rolling Hills Casino is about 15 minutes south and attached to the casino is an 18 hole golf course. Meals and schedules TBD. Let me know if you would like to be added to the list.

HI Mike,
Put us down for Tues/Wed/Th/Fri/Sat nights.
That will give us time to explore Red Bluff, and go up to the sundial bridge in Redding.
We have the decorations, what can we bring or do to help out?

John, thanks for the link. Sundial bridge is a great way to spend an afternoon. There is just this feeling of relaxation walking across the span. Being built with with materials that let light pass through, you make a connection with the water flowing right under you. If you bring bikes, there are miles of trails that parallel the river. Looking forward to it!

Is everyone enjoying the awesome evening weather?? Did the back-to-school thing at the high school tonight and the weather was perfect. I think we are hitting our Indian Summer!
