Yes. I'm already looking at the calender. I will probably make a Big Scrub trip Thanksgiving weekend if not before.
Well, it seems as if getting a group together for a shuttle launch is going to be difficult at best, at least during "the season". We'll keep our reservations for the one in March, as Reeni's mom will be here and we've committed to take her. If anyone else is going, let us know and we'll get together with you there.
Maybe next spring or summer we can re-visit the idea. Looks like May 14, July 29, and Sept 16 are tentative launch dates for the remainder of 2010. According to Tarponteaser, the new Ares I-X (scheduled for tomorrow) is supposed to be a pretty spectacular rocket, as well.
Mario - In the meantime, let me kick around the Big Scrub idea for Thanksgiving. We're scheduled to go to Gainesville for Gators vs Noles that weekend, but there may be some issues there also. ONF is about the same distance, so we might do that. Got the buggy torn apart right now, but should have it back together in a week, and will be anxious to get back in the dirt.
