RE: White noise

Maybe this will help you convert the Amps to Watts. Good luck
xnorp
Watts to Amps: Amps = Watts / Volts
Amps to Watts: Watts = Amps x Volts

RE: Propane bottle security project

Not saying it is good or bad about securing your propane tanks. My son had two of them taken from his TT they were in there holders out in the front where they were suppose to ride. They did not even unhook them they just cut the hoses and took both tanks. The police said the meth cookers use them to cook there product. It is a shame that people will take about anything these days.

RE: Bathroom vent unit

With a fantastic fan in a camper and bathroom in particular you have to make sure the seal in the toilet is good and that there is water in any P-traps in the area of the fan or you will suck the odor out of the holding tanks into the bathroom or camper. It is no big deal but something to think about once in a while. Love my fantastic fan they work great.

RE: Good Sam Vs

Doesn't State Farm having towing on your truck already? It is my understanding that road service covers all that. Give your agent a call and ask him. Good luck.

RE: TC Price

The hours of labor to build a TC is much more than a TT. Campers have much much more hands on in the building process. Yep they cost more but in my opinion will worth the extra cost. Have fun and good luck.

RE: Diesel and batteries/starting vs. deep cycle

My first camper 1985 did not have a battery in it just worked off the truck. Or if you were off loaded you could use 110 volts. Was camped one time and the shore power went out where we were at. I had off loaded the camper so now I have no power what so ever. The power did come back on after about two hours. I then built a long pig tail from the truck to the camper. And then I installed a battery in the camper vented to the out side under the dinette seat and put a isolator from the truck to the camper. We used it for 10 years and never while on shore power did we lose it. But I was ready.

RE: 13 in the camper

Great use of the camper Collin. I did the same thing with not so many kids when I had my old (85 camper) a long time ago sure worked great than and still is with you using your camper for the same thing. Great to be able to use our campers for a spare of the minute trips. Great on the wins sounds like you got a great group there. Keep up the great work with the soccer. I coached also but it was boys. It sure was a great experience. Great keep up the good work Collin.

RE: 12 volt battery choice

Being that you are not starting a motor you need to look at amp hours not cold cranking amps. Here is some information who makes what.
xnorp
Most auto batteries are made by just three manufacturers, Delphi, Exide, and Johnson Controls Industries. Each makes batteries sold under several different brand names. Delphi makes ACDelco and some EverStart (Wal-Mart) models. Exide makes Champion, Exide, Napa, and some EverStart batteries. Johnson Controls makes Diehard (Sears), Duralast (AutoZone), Interstate, Kirkland (Costco), Motorcraft (Ford), and some EverStarts

RE: Spokane RV Show

I was there Yesterday and they have Adventurer (5), Lance (4), Northstar(3 Pop ups only) and Artic Fox (3). Admission is $7.00. Was disappointed from the years past. Use to be more models of each line of campers. Hope this helps.

Tell the dealer that you were under the impression that it came with two batteries. See what they say. I replaced mine with two from Walmart after 4 years. Good luck and happy camping.
