RE: Heartand Big Horn

We've been living in our second Bighorn since we bought it in January of last year. As Kakampers said, there are no perfect trailers and we've had a few small issues but so far so good. We lived in Dickinson and still own a house there.

RE: which would you get?

For the most bang for your buck, buy the Bighorn. We're on our second and have lived in this one since buying it in January. Heartland stands behind their units better than any other manufacturer. While its true that they are a new company, they are already at #3 in fifth wheel sales.

RE: problems with slide out Brand New Sundance Fifth Wheel

I am very surprised to read this post. Heartland is known for their service and support of their customers. Most of the time the problem is with the dealer and not from the factory. Here is a telephone number for customer service:877-262-8032 Good luck

RE: auxiliary camper steps?

We've been using the RV EZ Step for about three years. It works well, and is easy to setup/take down. We full time and my wife's bad knees make it very important to have easy access into the trailer.

RE: North Trail by Heartland

You know, one thing is certain, make a post about any Heartland product and here comes Geeks, talking about his two year old Bighorn that has/had a problem. What have you done about getting it repaired? Was service denied? When did you have the problem? Before or after the warranty expired? You lose credibility when you constantly talk about poor service without explanation. If you have already done this, I apologize but don't really care to read all of your negative posts to find the explanation. I, and many, many others, have a good Bighorn (my second). It seems that you are outnumbered by happy owners Geeks.

RE: Friendly Wave

I've been waving for years, so if you come to Texas, be prepared to be waved at.

RE: Crossroad Cruiser vs Komfort vs Heartland

We've been full timing in our Heartland Bighorn 3370 and have loved it. I believe Heartland has the best customer service in the market. They stand behind their product like no one else.

RE: Heartland Big Horn

I would have gotten rid of my trailer if I was trhat dissatisfied with it instead of sniping at everyone that is satisfied with their's.

RE: Looking for a new 5vr

We love out http://www.heartlandrvs.com/ Bighorn. We are on our second unit and bought it because of the one room bath that you want. All the units listed are good, we just think we got more for our money with the Heartland. Good luck.

RE: 2007 King of the Road or 2009 Heartland Bighorn

I am also the proud owner of a Heartland Bighorn and can say without a doubt that its the best trailer we have ever owned. I can't see anyone comparing a trailer that is no longer made with the #3 selling fifth wheel trailer. There may have been some problem with the first Bighorns that came out but they have steadily improved quality and have the best factory support for service that I have ever seen. Check the Heartland Owners Forum Good luck with your choice.
