RE: Arlington RV Service in RI - Experiences?

OK. I have no idea about Arlington but if it was suspension related I had a recommended shop in Brocton with good prices. Dealers are big $$ and myself I prefer a truck shop for mechanical work.
Who did you use in Brockton?

RE: 2000 Pursuit 0wner Manual

Hi, me again.
I can't find the actual weight information I need for my rig. Other sizes, yes, and Ford chassis too, but not a 33' Workhorse chassis with a Pursuit coach. I gather I need to know the dry weight and maximum loaded weight. The GBM site only talked about the 26' Pursuit.
Click on that link I gave you above.
Click on "2000 models"
Click "Pursuit"
Click "Specs" at bottom.
I'm assuming that you have one of the 3205 models shown.
This should give you some ideas on weight info.
Best thing is to get to scales to check actual weight though.
Oh - and yes, when you open the 3" valve you get a pretty good gush!
Always make sure everything is secure - especially when you empty the black tank!
(don't ask how I know this :E )

RE: 2000 Pursuit 0wner Manual

Hey 10dar,
Everything seems so overwhelming at the start, but after using it for a little while you'll look back and laugh :B
Here's a link I had to the GBM 2000 MODELS.
It'll give you some info, but I thought there was a connection to the actual manuals on there, but don't see it now.
As others have said, the manuals are pretty generic.
Best bet - if you're confused about something jump on here and ask!

RE: NC or SC near beach CG with pool and hot tub?

Camp Hatteras at the Outer Banks of NC has indoor pool and a hot tub inside. Website is camphatteras.com
Is the Outer Banks area pretty much just a "at the beach" type trip?
Is there much else to do - Dining, Shops, Shows, Etc.(Like the Myrtle Beach area)?

RE: Anyone rent a car in Myrtle Beach?

One year we drove the MH into MB airport and picked up the rental on the way in, then dropped it off on the way out.
But the last time we used enterprise, they go through the 3 big CG's picking up. Your then brought to their office and leave with the car.
Returns are the opposite, drop off car at certain times and they drive you back through the CG's.

RE: Help - A/C Problem?

:h
Can anyone steer me in the right direction to take next?
Try Seafoam?
Try Hard-Start Mod.?
Take it to a dealer? :(
Anything else?

RE: Air compressor opinions please

For me - can't beat the little 3/4hp 125 Craftsman :

Works great for my 19.5's @ 95 PSI.
Fits perfect in my compartment.
You can usually find it on sale for $99.00

RE: Help - A/C Problem?

Mr.Wizard,
Probably really dumb question but-
When people talk about running Sea-Foam thru the genny, the Sea-Foam is added to MH's gas tank correct?? There is no way to just run it through the genny is there?
So Hard-Start Mod. may be worth a try?

RE: Help - Roof AC shutting down

It's a coleman mach 15k model 8335
It will run fine for a while and then cause the breaker to trip or if I have it running on generator it will bog the generator down enough to cause it to shut down. It is the only thing running when the generator is running.
If I let it sit for a few minutes, it will start again and may go for another hour or it may go all day without a repeat.
Any clues on why or what may be the cause?
Hey CT,
Did you resolve your a/c problem???
I'm having a similiar problem with mine.
